Rachael and Bryce are passionate about revealing God as a loving Father, Jesus as Lord, and the Holy Spirit as a comforting guide. They have developed an intimate, personal relationship with God and are called to teach others how to receive His love, direction, correction, and provision.

Originally from the Midwest, the Picos have lived and ministered in various places around the country. Rachael is a graduate of Regent University, while Bryce is a graduate of the Oral Roberts University seminary. They have four children, reside in Missouri, and serve as pastors of Exalt Church at Lake of the Ozaks.
